After breakfast, set off for the endless plains of the Central Serengeti, the heart of Tanzania’s most celebrated wildlife reserve. Along the way, enjoy your packed lunch in a scenic spot inside the park.

This region teems with wildlife year-round and is a hotspot for predators like lions, cheetahs, and leopards. Watch as great herds of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles graze the plains, and soak in the dramatic landscapes that make the Serengeti world-renowned. Day 3: Northern Serengeti – The Great Migration

Today is the highlight of your safari. After an early breakfast, drive to the Northern Serengeti, home to the dramatic Mara River crossings during the Great Migration. This is where thousands of wildebeest and zebras brave the treacherous, crocodile-filled waters in their journey to Kenya’s Masai Mara.

Your guide will position you at the best possible viewpoint to witness the action—an adrenaline-pumping scene unlike anything else on Earth. Migration season typically runs from July to early October, making this an ideal time for dramatic wildlife photography and lifetime memories.

Day 4: Northern Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater Rim

Begin your day with a morning game drive in Northern Serengeti, offering a final chance to see more migration activity or elusive predators on the prowl.

Afterward, begin the scenic journey south toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, with wildlife sightings along the way. Arrive at your lodge perched on the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater, where panoramic views await. Enjoy a peaceful evening with dinner and prepare for tomorrow’s descent into one of Africa’s natural wonders.

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater – Return to Arusha

Highlights: Big Five sightings, crater floor game drive, birdlife

After breakfast, descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site often called the “Eden of Africa.” This natural amphitheater is home to over 30,000 animals, including endangered black rhinos, lions, elephants, buffaloes, and cheetahs—not to mention dazzling birdlife such as flamingos and raptors.

Enjoy a full morning of game viewing, followed by lunch inside the crater. In the afternoon, drive back to Arusha or Kilimanjaro International Airport, marking the end of your safari—but not the end of your adventure spirit.
