Payment Policy
Effective Date: 20th July 2025
At Revelation Adventure Safaris, we strive to make the payment process simple, secure, and transparent. Please review the following payment terms and conditions that apply to all bookings.
1. Booking Confirmation & Deposit
A deposit of 30% of the total trip cost is required to confirm your booking.
The deposit secures your accommodation, transport, park fees, and other arrangements.
2. Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of your trip.
For bookings made within 30 days of the trip, full payment is required at the time of booking.
3. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
Credit/Debit Card β A small processing fee may apply.
Mobile Payment (local clients) β Available on request.
Note: All transaction charges must be covered by the client.
4. Currency
All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Payments must be made in USD or equivalent, based on the current exchange rate at the time of payment.
5. Late Payments
Late or incomplete payments may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.
Please communicate with us in advance if you foresee any payment delays.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details on refund eligibility. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed using the original payment method, minus any bank or transaction fees.
7. Payment Confirmation
Once your payment is received, you will receive a written confirmation and updated invoice via email.
